Local Rapid Recovery Planning (RRP) program

Collaborating with Daphne Politis, City Planner and Certified Moderator, and Mark Favermann, CEO of Favermann Design, we developed seven Local Rapid Recovery Planning (RRP) program plans on behalf of the Housing and Community Development of Massachusetts (DHCD). 

 

These plans suggest action items and examples to help local downtowns and small businesses throughout Massachusetts stabilize and grow economically from the impacts of COVID-19 by partnering with Plan Facilitators and Subject Matter Experts to pursue locally-driven, actionable strategies. The municipalities which received our RRP plans for prioritization were: Canton, Clinton, Hingham, Lawrence, Oxford, Rockport and Sterling.
