City of Boston: Health Equity Now (HEN) Plan

As part of the City of Boston's initiative to address the racial and systemic inequality issues throughout the commonwealth, they asked the city's Health Inequities Task Force and CERT (Covid-19 Equity and Recovery Team) to develop a strategic plan for a more equitable and health driven city. In addition, the purpose-driven plan lays groundwork for procedures and goals to address racism, which was deemed a public health crisis in the summer of 2020.

As a Graphic Designer and CERT Team member, I collaborated closely with both teams on a weekly basis over the course of the project's duration in order to help bring the plan to fruition and launch on the city's website.
